Oil Processing
Seawit operates production lines for physical and chemical refining, concentration and re-esterified triglyceride production. Refining processing includes degumming, neutralisation, bleaching, winterisation, deodorisation and molecular distillation. Seawit oil products such as fish oils and algae oils have a mild sensory profile, low levels of TOTOX, MOAH and other contaminants.
Structured lipids
Seawit produces structured lipids using patented, catalyst-free mild enzymatic esterification technology. Our MCT, MLCT and OPO products meet global pharmaceutical, FSMP and infant nutrition standards. The products have a pleasant sensory profile and ultra-low levels of 3-MCPD, glycidyl esters (GE), MOSH, MOAH, BPA and BPS.
Powder Line
Seawit operates GEA-NIRO systems for microencapsulation and spray drying.
We produce fish oil, algae oil, DHA, ARA, MCT, OPO, plant sterol ester, lipid-soluble vitamin and other powders. Seawit’s powders are widely used in FSMPs, infant formula, dietary supplements and beverages.
Seawit offers allergen-free and customised coating solutions and can control powder dispersibility in warm or cold water.
Filling and packaging
Seawit operates nitrogen-protected oil filling lines for 1 L and 10 L tins, 25 kg, 190 kg and 180–200 kg steel drums, 920 kg IBCs, 20–22 MT flexitanks/flexibags and 22–24 MT isotanks.
Seawit also has powder packaging lines for 10 kg bags, with two bags packed in one carton, and other customised packaging options. Seawit owns a 100,000-level clean environment for B2C private-label packaging, with pack sizes from 2 ml to 20 L and an annual capacity of over 80 million bottles and sachets.
